It's not the first time I've stayed at this hotel and it's always top-notch.
No such thing.

We always stay at this hotel and everything is at a high level. Small but clean rooms, cozy. We have everything we need. Everything is clean. Breakfasts are fine.
There's no such thing.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Tel Aviv and had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was centrally located and close to some great coffee shops and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room itself was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the variety of options offered at breakfast, with plenty of cheese and different types of bread. my stay at this hotel was perfect and I would highly recommend it.
In terms of improvements, there were a couple of minor issues in my room, such as mildew in the shower and missing screws on the towel rack. Additionally, the room layout could have been better, as the closet could have been bigger and the desk could have been located in a more convenient spot.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that are affordable and reasonable. The staff provides excellent service, attending to all requests promptly and with a friendly demeanor. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities, including a comfortable bed, microwave, and refrigerator. Additionally, some rooms even have a kitchenette, allowing for greater convenience during longer stays. The hotel's location near a mall is a bonus, as guests have easy access to a food court and supermarket, making it convenient for meals and shopping.
All aspects of this hotel were excellent and there were no issues encountered.

The hotel is small and tailored for business travelers, but was lovely. Rooms were modest but well appointed, breakfast was simple but adequate. The biggest and best surprise was complimentary internet access in the room (unheard of in Israel and usually very expensive). Location is fine if beach use is not important - in a nice shopping mall and not too far a walk to many restaurants.

we only spent one night in the hotel following an overnight flight which arrived in TLV at 5.30am. We took a chance and reached the hotel at around 7.00am and they were fully booked so they had no rooms available.i truly believe that they did their best and eventually we got a room at 10 am. the rooms are very modern and well appointed. The Hotels in a commercial complex that comprises a small shopping mall and numerous consultancy offices. we noticed a number of new born babies in the hotel.

Excellent location, friendly staff, great business lounge, comfortable bed, modern bathroom, clean room.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

It was located right next to a hospital, and thus a lot of 'sick' people roaming close by. Not a great hotel to travel with kids .....Event though the parking was convenient (large parking downstairs) you had to switch a couple of sets of elevators before getting to your room.

The hotel was extremely nice and clean. Spacious and well designed rooms, located in the central area of Tel Aviv. The staff were very helpful, very useful and the business lounge. I Will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to Israel.

This hotel had an amazing location near a mall, within walking distance to the center and train station. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and had great facilities, including a gym and a business lounge with free snacks and beverages.
Nothing to dislike.

The staff was very professional. The receptionist went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is next to Tel-Aviv hospital, which was great for us (had a med examination the day after).
There was no refrigerator in the room with the kitchenette, so we had to use the minibar for our medications. It didn't work well, we ended buying ice in the kiosk nearby to keep them cold. The breakfast was poor. Hotel feels a bit 'old'.

The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the friendly staff at the front desk. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was within walking distance to many attractions and had a convenient mall nearby. One of the best aspects was the calm atmosphere, which made it a nice place to relax.
The breakfast experience was not great. The staff serving breakfast seemed to be in a bad mood and were not very welcoming.
